In accordance with directives of Federal Government through Ministry of KA & GB, the NATCO should operate passenger and Cargo operation for benefit of the people of Northern Areas now Gilgit-Baltistan under the Social & Welfare Systems. NATCO should keep plying its role to operate passenger services to remote vallies and nallas on subsidize rates. NATCO should run commercially on those routes where infrastructure is fully developed.
