Terms & Conditions

  • 1. Introduction & Acceptance
    • 1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of NATCO's services, including bus travel, V8 luxury vehicle bookings, courier services, cargo transportation, and boat services, as well as the NATCO website (natco.gov.pk) and NATCO Mobile Application.
    • 2. By purchasing a ticket, using our services, or accessing our digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
    • 3. NATCO is a Government of Pakistan entity functioning under the Chief Secretary, Gilgit-Baltistan. Ticketing and digital services are managed in partnership with Bookme.pk.
  • 2. Booking & Ticketing
    • 1. Tickets can be purchased online via natco.gov.pk, the NATCO Mobile App, Bookme.pk, or at any NATCO terminal counter.
    • 2. A valid booking confirmation, either digital or printed, must be presented at the time of boarding.
    • 3. Each passenger must carry a valid government-issued photo ID such as CNIC, Passport, or B-Form for minors, matching the name on the ticket.
    • 4. Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice based on Government directives or fuel surcharges.
    • 5. Seat selection is subject to availability at the time of booking.
    • 6. NATCO reserves the right to change bus schedules, routes, or timings due to operational, weather, or security reasons.
  • 3. Passenger Responsibilities
    • 1. Passengers must report to the designated boarding point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
    • 2. NATCO reserves the right to forfeit the seat of any passenger who fails to board on time. The no-show policy shall apply.
    • 3. Passengers are responsible for carrying all personal belongings. NATCO is not liable for the loss of personal items.
    • 4. Consumption of alcohol, narcotics, or any illegal substance on NATCO vehicles or premises is strictly prohibited.
    • 5. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all NATCO buses and at terminals.
    • 6. Passengers must behave respectfully toward fellow travelers and NATCO staff. Abusive or threatening behavior may result in removal from service without refund.
    • 7. Carrying inflammable, hazardous, or illegal materials is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.
  • 4. Baggage Policy
    • 1. Each passenger is permitted to carry one piece of hand luggage up to 7 kg and one item of hold baggage up to 20 kg at no additional charge.
    • 2. Excess baggage will be charged at the applicable rate as notified at the terminal.
    • 3. NATCO is not responsible for fragile items, perishables, or items of high value placed in the luggage compartment.
    • 4. Passengers are advised to label all luggage with their name and contact details.
  • 5. Payment Terms
    • 1. Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and cash at terminal counters.
    • 2. Online payments are processed securely by PayFast and Bookme payment gateways.
    • 3. NATCO does not store payment card details. All transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
    • 4. In case of a failed transaction, the amount will be reversed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • 6. Cancellation & Refund
    • 1. Cancellations and refunds are governed by NATCO's Return & Cancellation Policy.
    • 2. A 25% deduction applies on cancellation after the bus has departed.
    • 3. No refund shall be provided in case of a no-show, where the passenger neither travels nor cancels the ticket.

  • 7. Delays & Service Disruptions
    • 1. NATCO operates in some of Pakistan's most challenging terrains. While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to weather, road conditions, security checks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    • 2. NATCO is not liable for compensation due to delays caused by factors beyond its control, including force majeure events.
  • 8. Liability Limitation
    • 1. NATCO's liability to any passenger in respect of personal injury, death, or property damage is limited to the extent required under applicable Pakistani law.
    • 2. NATCO maintains vehicle insurance as required by law. However, passengers are advised to obtain personal travel insurance for international or high-value journeys.
    • 3. NATCO is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from travel disruptions.
  • 9. Intellectual Property
    • 1. All content on natco.gov.pk and the NATCO Mobile App, including logos, text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of NATCO and/or Bookme.pk.
    • 2. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
  • 10. Mobile Application Terms
    • 1. The NATCO Mobile App is available on Google Play. Users must have a compatible Android device to use the app.
    • 2. NATCO and Bookme.pk reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time.
    • 3. By using the app, you consent to the collection of usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.
    • 4. Push notifications can be managed through your device settings.
  • 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    • 1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
    • 2. Any dispute arising from the use of NATCO services shall first be attempted to be resolved through NATCO's customer service.
    • 3. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Gilgit-Baltistan.
  • 12. Amendments
    • 1. NATCO reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
    • 2. Updated Terms will be posted on natco.gov.pk and the NATCO Mobile App.
    • 3. Continued use of services after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance.
